kunanyi
Aimed to showcase the raw, isolated and ancient beauty of kunanyi/Mt Wellington, kunanyi represents the wild landscapes on the mountain and how important it is that we try to preserve them. Shot during the winter months, it’s an ode to the darkness that is present in my own life as well as the darkness that kunanyi faces for the future.
Threatened by greedy and unnecessary development, this exhibition of photographs aims to inspire the community to stand for what’s right and fight against the proposed cable car system, or at least; start talking more about it.
